Paying an invoice

Open invoices show a Pay button. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; a receipt is emailed automatically and the invoice is marked paid.

Invoices & receipts

Click any invoice number to open a printable copy you can save as a PDF for your records.

Updating your card or plan

Use Manage payment & plans on the Billing page to update your payment method, switch plans, or cancel — all through Stripe’s secure portal.

Late payments

If a payment fails, we email you right away. Per our Terms, a service may be suspended 24 hours after a payment becomes past due. Settling the balance restores access automatically.
